# r/churningmarketplace

> The Reddit catalog is read-only now. Here's what still works and where to trade instead.

Churning Tracker used to pull every listing from the r/churningmarketplace subreddit into a searchable catalog with alerts. Reddit shut down third-party API access, so new posts no longer come in. The page is still there under **Integrations → r/churningmarketplace** on paid plans, as a historical archive.

## What still works

* Browsing the archive of past listings, split into **Sellers** and **Buyers**, with the original Reddit post expandable on each row and a link back to the comment.
* Search by item, and filters for category, item type, and hiding closed listings.

## What doesn't

* New listings aren't ingested, so the "last updated" date won't move.
* Alerts can still be created on the Alerts sub-page, but they only fire when new listings come in, which no longer happens. There's no need to set them up.

## Where to trade now

Churning Tracker's own [Marketplace](/marketplace/listings) replaced it. Listings are posted directly in the app, publicly or inside [private groups](/marketplace/groups), with [alerts](/marketplace/alerts) and [messaging](/marketplace/messages) built in.
