# Shipments

> Auto-sync carrier events so your order table reflects delivered and delayed shipments.

<Note>
  **Paid feature** — Automatic shipment tracking requires the **Enthusiast** plan or higher.
</Note>

The **Shipments** page is a single view of every tracking number attached to your orders. Statuses update automatically so you don't have to copy-paste from carrier sites.

## How tracking works

When you add a tracking number to an order, Churning Tracker:

1. Detects the carrier automatically (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc.).
2. Pulls the latest scan event on a schedule.
3. Updates the shipment status and the parent order status.

You don't need to refresh manually.

## Shipment statuses

* **Pending** — tracking number added, no scans yet
* **In transit** — picked up by carrier
* **Out for delivery** — last-mile in progress
* **Delivered** — carrier confirmed delivery
* **Exception** — return, damaged, or address issue
* **Lost** — no scans for an extended period

## Add a tracking number

You can attach tracking numbers in three ways:

* **On the order form** — paste a tracking number when creating or editing an order
* **Email automation** — auto-pulled from shipping confirmation emails (see [Email automation](/email-automation))
* **Bulk via CSV** — include tracking columns in your [CSV import](/csv-imports)

<Tip>
  If an order has multiple boxes, paste all tracking numbers separated by commas. Each one tracks independently.
</Tip>

## Filter and audit shipments

The **Shipments** page supports:

* Filter by carrier, status, retailer, or date range
* Search by tracking number or order number
* Sort by ship date or last update

Common audits:

* **Stuck shipments** — filter for **In transit** with last update > 7 days ago
* **Undelivered orders past payout window** — filter for not **Delivered** with order date > 30 days ago
* **Exceptions** — handle returns and re-ships before they impact payouts
