The BuyForMeRetail (BFMR) integration pulls live deals and your placed BFMR orders into Churning Tracker so you can plan, place, and reconcile from one place.
BFMR deals list

Connect BFMR

  1. Go to IntegrationsBFMR.
  2. Click Connect BFMR.
  3. Sign in to your BFMR account and authorize Churning Tracker.
Once connected, deals start syncing automatically.

Deals

Open BFMRDeals to browse active BFMR deals. Each deal shows:
  • Product title and image
  • Retailer
  • Buy price (what you pay) and sell price (BFMR pays you)
  • Per-unit profit
  • Quantity limit
  • Insurance add-on availability
Filters and search
  • Filter by retailer
  • Filter by profit threshold
  • Search by product name or model
Sort by profit and quantity to surface the deals worth your time. Low-profit deals on small quantities usually aren’t worth the operational overhead unless you’re hitting MSR.

Tracker

The BFMRTracker page shows your placed BFMR orders alongside the deal they came from.
BFMR tracker showing placed orders vs deal terms
You’ll see:
  • Order number, date, retailer
  • Quantity ordered vs deal quantity limit
  • Expected payout from BFMR
  • Insurance add-on if applied
  • Reconciliation status against the actual payout received

Reconciliation

When BFMR pays out, the integration matches the deposit to the line items it covers. Mismatches (short pay, missing items, insurance disputes) get flagged so you can follow up. Reconciled payouts feed straight into your Payouts page — no separate manual entry needed.

Disconnect

To revoke access, open IntegrationsBFMR and click Disconnect. Synced deals and orders stay in your account, but new ones stop syncing.

Common questions

No. You still place the order on BFMR. Churning Tracker syncs the order in once it’s placed.
No — only deals visible to your BFMR account sync over. Public timing applies.
If you opt into BFMR insurance on a deal, the tracker reflects it and includes it in payout reconciliation.
