Paid feature — Email automation requires the Enthusiast plan or higher.
Connect Gmail
- Go to Email automation → Connect Gmail.
- Sign in with the Google account that receives your order emails.
- Grant read-only access to your inbox.
- Pick which retailers to parse from this account.
Supported retailers
Out-of-the-box parsing supports order confirmation emails from common churning retailers. The connection settings page lists every supported retailer with a toggle to enable/disable parsing per retailer. If a retailer you use isn’t supported, email support@churningtracker.com and ask — new parsers are added regularly. What gets parsed
For each supported confirmation email, the parser pulls:- Order number
- Order date
- Retailer (from sender / template)
- Line items (description, quantity, unit price)
- Subtotal, shipping, taxes, total
- Tracking number (if included or in a later shipping email)
How orders show up
New parsed orders land in your Orders list with the source tagged asemail. By default they’re created in pending status and ready for you to:
- Confirm the retailer account and credit card
- Pick the order type (buying group, cashback, gift card)
- Assign to a buying group if applicable
Connection status
The Email automation page shows each connected account with:- Status — connected / disconnected / re-auth needed
- Enabled retailers — count of retailers being parsed
- Last sync — when the inbox was last checked
Privacy
- Access is read-only — Churning Tracker can never send email from your account
- Only emails matching supported retailer senders are parsed
- You can disconnect any account at any time, which immediately revokes access
