Supported sites

  • Best Buy — order confirmation and order history pages
  • Rakuten — captures cashback orders
More retailers are added regularly. If a retailer you use isn’t supported, let us know at support@churningtracker.com.

How it works

1

Place your order

Shop and check out normally. No need to do anything during the purchase.
2

Open the order confirmation

On the confirmation or order details page, click the extension icon.
3

Review captured data

The popup shows the parsed retailer, order number, line items, totals, and tracking (if available).
4

Pick the order context

Choose the order type, retailer account, account owner, credit card, and buying group (if applicable).

5

Send to Churning Tracker

Click Save. The order appears in your Orders list, fully populated with line items.

Tips

  • Pre-pick the context on the popup before opening lots of order pages — your last selection sticks so repeat orders auto-fill.
  • Use the order history page to backfill recent orders you forgot to capture at checkout.
  • Stack with email automation — if both fire on the same order, duplicates are caught by retailer + order number.

Troubleshooting

The site isn’t yet supported, or the page hasn’t fully loaded. Refresh and wait a few seconds.
Some retailers load line items lazily. Scroll the page to fully render the order before clicking the extension.
Clear cookies for the app domain and sign in again. If that fails, email support.
